Transparency is key for us
By maintaining open communication, we keep our stakeholders informed about our activities and results. Each of the stakeholder groups we have identified has different interests in our activities and is crucial for our business. Having identified Corporate Social Responsibility (‘CSR’) priorities with stakeholders in 2014, we have progressed action plans on the material topics. We have also reviewed some key stakeholders and added topics like emissions and waste, considered as pre-requisite even if not highlighted as material in the matrix. In the table below, we give an overview on how we dialogue with our stakeholders. The Executive Board and Senior Management is actively engaged in the stakeholder dialogue. They regularly discuss key aspects of our strategy and targets, for example as part of road shows and meetings with investors, shareholders and banks.
