This role presents a real opportunity to be at the heart of the design, development and implementation of a long term brand and business strategy within a region.  

Key Responsibilities:
To develop a vision and strategy for the Wessanen brands  for growth opportunities,
To support and manage the consolidation of the existing distributor network, develop sustainable relationships with our trade customers,
To define and implement Key Performance Indicators,
To work collaboratively with across Wessanen’s European Operating companies to ensure that the correct processes are being implemented in parallel with customer trading activities,
To ensure that all relevant business activities and developments are reported accurately.
