Committees

Without prejudice to its own responsibility, the Supervisory Board has formed three committees, each consisting of members of the Board:

• Audit Committee
• Selection, Appointment and Remuneration Committee ( SARC )
• Nutrition, Food Safety and Sustainability Committee ( NFSC)
