Without prejudice to its own responsibility, the Supervisory Board has formed three committees, the Audit Committee, the Selection, Appointment and Remuneration Committee (SARC) and the Nutrition, Food Safety and Sustainability Committee (NFSC), each consisting of members of the Board.
