Wessanen has four segments:

  • Health Food Stores (HFS)
  • IZICO
  • American Beverage Corporation (ABC)

Grocery

We are a leading player in organic and natural foods in the supermarket channel in France, the Benelux and the UK and to a lesser extent in Germany. Our pioneering brands include Bjorg, Zonnatura, Clipper, Whole Earth and Kallo.

HFS

We are a leading player in the Benelux, France and Germany as well as an exporter throughout Europe. We focus on organic food with our own brands, which include Bonneterre, Ekoland, De Rit, Allos and Tartex. Our branded activities involve the sourcing, development, marketing and selling of our own brands to health food stores. In addition, we operate wholesale activities in France and the Netherlands selling ambient and fresh products, and operate the Dutch health food franchise chain Natuurwinkel.

IZICO

IZICO comprises the activities of Beckers Benelux and Favory Convenience Food Group. These companies manufacture and market a wide variety of frozen convenience food products, ranging from the traditional Dutch 'frikandel' to spring rolls. These products are available at supermarkets and in the out-of-home channel in the Netherlands and Belgium.

ABC

ABC is one of the leading producers of non-carbonated bottled fruit drinks and cocktail mixers in North America. The company manufactures and markets leading brands of juice drinks and cocktail mixers within both the on- and off-premise channels, including supermarkets, mass merchandisers, convenience stores, liquor stores, bars and restaurants.
