Shareholders approve sale of Tree of Life
Utrecht, January 13, 2010
Royal Wessanen nv announces that the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, held in Amsterdam on January 13, 2010, has approved the sale of Tree of Life, Inc., to Kehe Food Distributors, Inc.
At the same meeting, shareholders also approved the use of English as the official language for the Annual Report and the Financial Statements with effect from the financial year 2009.
